Meet LekLek, the adorable baby elephant whose confidence grows by leaps and bounds each day at her sanctuary home, Elephant Nature Park. Since her rescue, LekLek has been blossoming into a self-assured little girl. In this heartwarming video, we have the privilege of witnessing LekLek taking a bold step towards making new friends.
While Mintra’s herd was bathing in the river, they suddenly became alert to something and began making loud vocalizations to each other. They got out of the river and huddled together, slapping their trunks against the ground. We were puzzled by what had spooked them at first, but within a minute or two, a helicopter flew over the area, and it became clear what all the fuss was about.
Witness this beautiful moment where two friends, TangMo and Rumroi, relish a refreshing bath in the river, happily slapping the water with their trunks. Watch till the end, and you’ll see the pure joy elephants experience at Elephant Nature Park.
Young Chaba finds a pumpkin left in the shade by her mahout and starts to break it up. Pyi Mai takes notice and approaches Chaba in the hope of getting some for herself. Chaba seems unwilling to share at first and kicks the pumpkin along the ground in front of her with Pyi Mai in pursuit. Eventually, Kham Moon appears on the scene and Chaba surrenders a piece of pumpkin
Rattana Kham loves to play in the river, take mud baths, and communicate with her friends. She is quite possessive about her food, so her friends leave her to eat alone. Her days of turmoil and sadness are over. Discovering her true elephant nature among friends is her new life journey.

Our founder Saengduean Lek Chailert, is constantly challenged to find time that she enjoys the most.
