Karen Elephant Experience allows more Elephants to roam free in their natural habitat and be guided in their walks using love and care from good intention mahouts. The elephants have been chained and worked in the Elephant Camps for more than 20 years. Now, the elephant owner change their way, they have agree to stop renting their Elephants to the trekking industry and have committed to care for the Elephants at their homes with the support of Save Elephant Foundation and Elephant Nature Park. This program takes place in Mae Wang area, the south of Chiang Mai city, the visitors can get close interaction and enjoy the life time with elephants. Walk side by side into the natural terrain, do the feeding and having a great time with elephants family in the mud pit are the wonderful and unforgettable experience !!
